I am a multi-channel marketing & retail expert with over 25 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing, communication, CRM, digital media and consultancy. As a consultant I help companies to develop, implement and improve customer centric Omni Channel retail strategies.
My specialty is the development of long-term strategic visions and subsequently the translation into concepts that enable organizations to respond to the opportunities and threats that technological developments, changes in the media landscape and increasing convergence between on and offline communication and commerce channels entail. My key qualities are strategy development and innovation acceleration.
I have been in the forefront of (e-)commerce, digital media and data driven customer marketing for a long time. With my partner Peggy Mann I translate my experience and ideas on these subjects into the ©bonsing|mann models. An info-graphic based method that analyzes, rationalizes and visualizes the impact of new technology on customer behavior and the Omni Channel retail and marketing environment. Our models are widely adapted and are used by the European and Dutch home shopping awards and by others for benchmark and educational purposes.
I’am a long time jury member and occasional chairman of the the European and Dutch e-commerce awards. Based on my jury activities, my research efforts for the bonsing|mann models and the large number of world wide e-commerce site analysis we perform each year i have a clear sight on the latest developments in the field of Omni-channel retail and marketing. In addition to my consultancy activities I use these insights for board room presentations and inspiration sessions.
